Important Information

We have now contacted almost everyone on our waiting list that has requested the treatments that we can safely carry out. If you requested a treatment on the face we will be in touch shortly.

Please see below some important information you will need to know before turning up for your appointment.

Arriving to your appointment

and booking information

• Please arrive on time and wait to be called in.
  We temporarily do not have a waiting area.

• Please Arrive alone unless you are under 16 and/or require a register carer.

• Appointments will be spaces out to give time for the room and equipment to be cleaned.

• What to bring with you? To reduce contact unfortunately we won’t be offering refreshments. Please bring one with you if you feel you’ll need a drink.

• Keep all belongings with you and only bring with you what you need.

• PPE- Please bring a face mask to your appointment. If you do not have one, we have a supply available for a small cost.

• We will check your temperature on arrival

• When you’re in the clinic:

  Please use stations provided to wash and sanitise hands on arrival and departure.

  Where possible, avoid touching your eyes, nose and month.

  Maintain social distancing where possible.

• Bookings: Please reschedule as soon as possible if you or anyone you have been in contact with has been unwell or has any of the current Coronavirus symptoms.

• When making your booking we require a 50% booking fee.
